HELP ! ACOUSTIC SOLUTIONS ASTVD211535-2C--- LCD TV/DVD

Ran for 5 yrs long hrs no probs
Now wont start led just flashing on/off @ 1/2 sec intervals with slight clicking noise so assume s/m power supply fault
Anyone been ther and where the heck is the AS helpline or spares site

I can post a pic of board if poss
