Hitachi 37ld8700...17PW15-8...Backlight problems

Hi

Got this TV and would not start...opened up and found the 2200uf 6.3v had bulged..never seen that before on a pw board...changed them and as a precaution I fitted the reliabilty kit too, checked resistors on rear of pcb..All ok

The tv starts now but when cold the backlights wont show on very first start up...turn off and straight back on then its fine...will be fine for the rest of the day. Its just the initial first turn on.

Any one any ideas on this one please
