Ohm Supplies:
Sorry Chris.

Raff, feed a step waveform into the set then scope the ldvs lead to see if its the tconn, ldvs or main board that is causing the fault. Depending on the type of screen used you might be able to repair the t-conn or replace the ldvs lead.

regards
Andy

sparky:
best thing is to scrap it

Kilroys:
The lvds cabel
Two ways to fix it.
The cheap way,
clean the contact going to the controller
or the expensive way,
change the lvds cabel. Part nr 313913108281

Ianm:
HI
If not the lvds lead  I would check the screen driver  (T Con) pcb,
Check to see if it has any smd voltage regs on it (normally 3.3volt and 1.8volt you can tell by the markings on them )
Ive had a few where the output has been low when cold  giving you the same type of fault

Turnip:
Hi Andy, and well said,

Feel Sparky is less than optomistic - he always is - but warm-up screen faults are often the biz. Twisting doubtful screens when troublesome resolve many issues without a scope - Sparky suggests in previous post - scrap it - could well be right, again  - Chris
