Sony KDL-40W4500 LED blinks 2X

Hi

My TV is switching to standby mode with 2 blinks, as soon as I power up.
I had just fixed the 'dark screen' syndrome and it ran great for 10mins....great picture! But...may have overheated, since I had the component side facing the bed sheets! (idiot)! And, heat may not have dissipated efficiently, You can hear a relay clicking noise on the PSU IP5 board as the led power light changes from green to red within 1 second.

Can some person advise on what's the problem and remedy? 
Could it be a PSU fault, and if so, the most likely board that's the cause.

I need to be sure what the problem is before a possible fix or purchase.
