Toshiba 37AV555 on screen disp ok but no pict

Hi have problem also: got this toshiba 37av555 with main board probs no pict and sound for a second or two, so I just replaced the board with one from ebay being promissed that it is good.
Put it in and now I have only osd and sound ok but no picture.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

you would need to check the board came out the exact same model even if the part no is the same as any difference may result in the firmware stored in the flash rom being different. You can sometimes alter certain parameters in the service menus as long as you have the correct manual and access to the OSD but its a long tedious process going through all the settings 1 by 1

Cheers, do you think that a firmware flash will do ,to get it right if the board came out of a working set?
I am going through the parameters and it is really tediious,but cannot get it to write as I cannot find the Call button on the remote.
