 ok guys, got this samsung le32b450c4wxxu. switch it on  pictures flashes up for a coupe of seconds clicks off i've changed a couple of caps they weren't bulged i'll do some more checks but any info would be great thanks

Did you check the caps on the p/s with an ESR meter?
I had a similar fault on a set recently not the same make or model; none of the electrolytic caps were bulged,  I checked  all of the with a ESR meter found 2 of them where the ESR reading was well high I also checked the capacitance reading  and that was within tolerance changed them both and up she come.

hi sparky, no mate. it's a friends tv he told me his missus switches it off at the wall every night. i had it on test earlier and it never switch off. i heated the board and used freeze spray round the caps but was working ok there is a  is a slight buzzing sound coming from the transformer but i know they do that. going to check the caps with esr meter tomorrow thanks for the interest
