LCD TV MAIN BOARD SWAPPING ???

I have a problem with TV main board :B.TR901E  7432 (samsung panel 46"  LTA460 , fullHD , 2CH LVDS)
I bought a new board that have different firmware B.TR901E-1 8384 , and would like to reprogram it.
do you have softwarefor  read and write firmware IN SYSTEM .
there is a DEBUGGING INTERFACE CONNECTOR (with TX and RX )
+ connector with SDA,SCL (SERIAL INTERFACE)
+  GPIO CONNECTOR.
