Advice needed,
This LCD wont come out of software upgrade application, and displays message, "unable to find upgrade". When power lead is connected the set goes straight into software upgrade application, When operating normally after inital switch on it should go into standby (red led) and then when switched on by remote, should power up (blue LED) It also will not switch off and go into standby. I have downloaded the software upgrade from Philips website on to usb stick, inserted it in to the usb socket the following message still comes up "no software upgrade found". I have disconected the logic board and reconnected but still same problem.
any ideas?
