samsung ps42q7hdx

i have a samsung ps42q7hdx which originally had the slow to turn on and clicking relay replaced all but the three big caps on p/s and it turns on
but with this fault http://youtu.be/jVYCcsqB1yY  so i started by testing all voltages from p/s and all fine so then i disconnected all other boards from power supply except the main and no difference the video above is of whats happening on screen and you can hear a bit of a melody repeating coming from the TV the video is taken with all boards connected ....also tried different input eg: hdmi,scart and dtv same thing on screen  as in video above except you have sound from the input selected for a couple of seconds then you hear the same melody as in the video then the sound from the input selected and then the melody and so on 

any ideas guys

have you had a good look at the buffer IC's to see if one of them has been burning up or has a hole in it?

Check Q801 & Q802 and Sub1 board....

Sorry about jumping in here but have same issue (without the melody) and was wondering how do i test the sub1 board and the 20n60c3 have compared the 20n60c3 with a new one and a multimeter but will that find a fault as sometimes if left long enough it will turn on. also noticed that cap 5065 on buffer was blown so have changed that.
