sony kdl26s2010

Hi all i have a sony kdl26s2010, from cold this will come out of s/by for about 1 min no picture shows but osd comes on,it will cycle like this for 2-3 times then red s/by light will flash 9 times repeatedly,then do the same again,any ideas would be greatly received,thanks in advance,sam

-Update software
-Replace FEE board
-FAN malfunctions
-Replace DVB panel/Card reader assembly
