samsung 26" lcd no pic backlight ok sound ok

Hi having a quick look at this for a friend, There is no pic Sound is ok, found a couple of bad caps in psu, replaced these but still same. Also the menu does not come up either. Anybody able to help me with this please? Would make an old lady happy
