this set come with a white screen then this picture comes on with horizontal folding lines then picture comes tidy after 20 min....sounds like screen to me.

Hi check your PSU secondary voltages on startup then check them again when the screen comes right
could be caps failing

Hi Chrissie: Go with Sabre's suggestion, check the voltages & check the Electrolytics on the secondary side of the psu with an ESR meter.
Or to narrow it down use the old Hairdryer / Freezer trick.
