got this neon 26'' lcd dvd combie..model..C 2673F

when i switch this set on.it come on dull blue screen,then gose faint vertical coloured lines.the line folding with picture and all come right after 12/15 mins...strange one....help....

Sorry to say sounds very like a screen ribbon fault. theres been quite a few posts, with mixed results, about using packers to put pressure on the ribbon to maintain a contact. If its goosed anyway it may be worth a try.

I had a similar fault on a Samsung set.  A new Tcon board fixed it, so it's not always the panel.

If you can find a tcon board cheap enough it's got to be worth a try.
