happy easter tech, got this tv in it's sanyo ce23lc4-b, it's got an external power supply 100v-240v input and 24v  output.i've opened it up found c151 100mf 50v bulged, and c5 100mf 25v bulged, also found diode d1 in 4937 short circuit.any one repaired 1 of these or got service manual or a spare power supply going cheap thanks for your time

You will rarely get the circuit diagram for any smps , especially external ones, I Have a few though, what make is it? If you have found caps that were obviously stressed replace them, and change the diode, you may find it then functions. Capacitor failure is common and their high ESR could have contributed to the diode failure.
