Bleeping Samsung..not caps
« on: April 22, 2012,08:43:53 »
Hi

Ive got a LE40A756R1MXXU with BN41-01092A main board. I want to change the eeprom but Im not sure of the IC no on this board..it could be 1 of 3. Ive tried replacement pwr board although originals caps were fine. LED is flashing and I can hear a 'bleeping' noise as soon as its plugged in. Not sure if its the eeprom but I'll give it a try. Tx guys.

Hi,
Just repaired a LE40A436TDXXU the set would switch on and bleep then turn off and would continually do this, at first thought it was the lamps as they would flash on then off, i removed the T- CON board from circuit and the CCFL's came on
fortunately i had a  T-CON board so tried it and set is now ok!
Will look at board to see if it is repairable??
Robbie
My picture says it all................
