Samsung LE19R86BD - odd one

Hi folks,
Have this Sammy where RCU turns set on giving initially horiz lines then white screen with odd patches that move about as set warms up.

Screen/LVDS is a Chi Mei M190A1-L07 so thought sorted, but -

Odd thing is that with Scart in and Scart out there is now't picture or sound and the set controls don't work. Noticed that PS/Inverter caps were bulgy, so changed 'em.

Curious - Any thoughts - Chris.

sounds like as with most samsungs its going to be eeprom.When caps go in p/s they mess eeprom up.I have not done anything with this model,but sounds like it to me.Good luck.
