phillips 42pf9945/12 tv

Hi I have had this TV (phillips 42pf9945/12) for about a year (not brand new), and over the last week it has been clicking (relay) on/off.

I opened the back and LED001 is off, LED002 flashes green on/off same time as the relay switches, and LED003 IS OFF.

I have looked over the boards, and can't see any blown resistors or bad capacitors.

I have limited myself to just taking the back off and looking, I haven't dismantled anymore to get at the boards (just visually).

Any suggestions on what the problem can be?

Check C8085(1uF/630V) olso check two R8001(6,8R) and R8002(6,8R) olso check or clean relay.
