JCS830F mosfets wanted

Hi all

Anyone know where I can get hold of JCS830F mosfets?
I can only find them out of China. Farnel don't stock.

I usually find RS have an equivalent for most FETs, Farnel aren't much good these days, most of their stock seems to be in the USA, as Jordan says, from the number I would look for 8A 400V /
500V

STP9N50 might do. But what case is it and what circuit is it used in?
