Acoustic solutions LCD tv switches on then off again!

Hi, this is my first post so I hope I'm in the right place! I've got an acoustic solutions ctvl32w3hd , when you press the on button the screen lights up as normal for about 2 seconds and then switches straight back off......any help would be massively appreciated! Thank u. Jan.

Two electrolytic capacitors cause many problems on a PSU (EC17 and EC18) both 10uF/450V

i opened it up and you were spot on!!!
do you know what type of capacitors they are  the type, tolerance and if its radial or axial?

You need 2 x Low esr radial caps 10uf 450v
Item number: 120758756977 on ebay if you want to go that route (2 days )
