Hi Folks, any one know where I can purchase these without having to buy them in quantities of 6000 or more.

Hi Mulja
Have already spoken to cpc neither the KA78L05AE that your link shows, or the KA78L05AZ, will work.
max input voltage are not high enough on either.
They do sell the KA78L05AA but not in small quantities.
