Hitachi 32LD8D20U sound no picture.(Repaired)

Hi Guys,
I got a prob with this set.
No picture sound ok.
The backlights come on, checks done on T-con panel found smd F1 o/c.
Does anyone know the value of this fuse?

This appliance use Vestel chassis 17MB22.2
F1 and F2....3Amp
