Sony Bravia kdl32u2000 standby light and nothing else!

It sometimes will briefly flicker on , but rare and mainly won't go further than standby!! Any help much appreciated and a pointer to the main offender for this fault!

It's my friends tv, I'm gonna have a look at it now, but there's no obvious broken capacitors apparently,,,

pls. check there Red led fleshing ? if yes , then count how many time it fleshing?
