Toshiba 42HL196 Wount Power on???Led Blinks??

I'm not 100% sure.To be honest.I could post a picture possibly tomorrow.

I received the IC i Ordered today.I soldered them in and the tv works great just as I suspected!!!I replaced the following ic's.

STRW6765 + STRZ4479 + SRX2039

dont forget to put the fault and solution in database...

So I replaced those Ic as I mentioned in the above posts.However Now the set just died again.I suspsect the same problem.I pulled the Power supply board out all the capacitors look good.Is it possible the same IC's I replaced have failed again??
