Toshiba 37X3030D - Standby problem

Hello

i have Toshiba 37X3030D with newest firmware, everythink is working fine, but when tv is in standby mode, sometimes (every night) it starts by itself for few seconds and goes back to standby again. After using Google, looks like it is known problem, but cant find any information how to fix this problem? Any information available? Thanks

Hi,
There's no service bulletin for this effect, and no software update except
for the known DTV problem.
I don't know if auto software upgrade is set to 'off', but you could try that,
also see if any timers are set.
