Nordic 32" LCD. Stuck in standby

Hi!
Tv is stuck in standby. I dont get any "ON"-signal to power supply.
Brand: Nordic
Model: 32NS08




Does someone have eprom dump for this. (Eprom:EON F80-100HCP)
or have any clue what could be the problem. Any known problems?

Powersupply are OK.
Voltageregulators on mainboard seem ok. 3.3v 1.8v 1.24v and 2.5v
I've change 256-pin processor and some caps on mainboard.
Osc to processor are ok.

Mainboard: Grundig XLB190R-11
Powersupply: Grundig FSP204-2F02
Panel, Inverter and T-con: Samsung
