17MB22-2 Question

Hi all
have 2 17MB22-2 boards one has the cap conversion other doesnt ,
cant find any service bulletin as to what the conversion was for does anyone know .

Also the one without cap has abuzz coming from speakers (not loud)
wasn't sure if related ?
