UMC LCD TV Stuck on Standby (Repaired)

All Mod Cons:
Hi all,
I have a UMC set  - M22/24B-GB-TCDI-UK.

It shows the red standby LED, but when I switch on using with the remote or the standby button on the TV, the LED goes out for a second, I hear a click and the then the LED comes back on.
Any ideas what could be wrong or where I should start looking?

All Mod Cons:
Since posting I've had a look at the power board.  Two of the 25V 470uF caps look domed and maybe slightly discoloured at the top.  I've ordered a couple to try a swap.

It was the two domed caps that cause the problems. All working now.
Just got to fix the inbuilt DVD player now.
