Have streaking on moving pictures on the screen

any ideas anyone? tried a t-con but looking more like an eprom fault

Check-remove ribbon cable from screen to T-CON board and from SSB-board to T-CON

To add turning the contrast down to about 50% clears the fault

does anyone have a service manual for this tv , or can tell me where the eeprom chip is to reset it, Cheers
