I have been a bit of a muppet!!

I bought this TV today off a "TV repair man" who sold it to me as a repaired unit.  I suspected it might still be faulty considering the price I payed.  It did not power up when I got it home so I took the back off and found that there was no PSU inside!!  Firstly does anyone have a service manual (and schematics if possible)?  And secondly does anyone know anywhere I can pick up a cheap (second hand will do) psu for this TV?  Thirdly can anyone give me a good part number for the PSU so I try to source one - it is very difficult to find the part number when the board is missing!

It is a Vestel MB15 chassis

The number for PSU on Vestel LCD M15 , is 17PW15/ ...6  or ...8.
