Help needed : 17WP17-4 POWER SUPPLY

The 17WP17-4 POWER SUPPLY ( VESTEL board Turkey ) on my wharfdale 47 inch LCD TV failed there's are no signs of capacitor blown.

I  bought a replacement that was faulty also, returned that to Vega electronics.

I am stuck with the original board but i am trying to get a replacement.

Could someone help me check things like voltage on the board i am not an electonic engineer but i have a multimeter and a soldering iron.

check c877 and c878 15nf capacitors. common problem on these.
