Toshiba 37lx96 blinking yellow light

I have a blinking yellow light three times on my toshiba 37lx96.  There are no blown capacitors.  Any other suggestions as to what can cause this problem?  The TV does not turn on.

Replaced IC Chips Q860 (STRZ4479) & Q880 (STRW6765) on power Supply Board and problem was resolved.
Ic chips purchased on line from WWW.SUBURBAN-ELECTRONICS.COM. Paid $15.99 for STRZ4479 & $6.95 for STRW6765 plus shipping.
