Toshiba REGAZA Model 37HL67S

I have a 37 inch Toshiba REGZA Model 37HL67S.  It started shutting off turning back on.  Indicator would flash three times, then twice.  Finally would not come back on.  All capacitors look good...  Any suggestions?
