Samsung LE37C550 switching off

Hi,
I have this set in the workshop. The customer says it will switch off randomly & then come back on.
So far it has not gone off for me. Checked for dry joints etc. Has anyone else had this fault or any ideas?

Hi,
If there is a 'Watchdog' option in the service menu, try switching it to 'OFF',
this has given this effect on other Samsung models.

Hi John,

Thanks for the reply. I can't see that option in the menu though.
Have done a fimware upgrade & the set has been on for 2 days without a problem.
I think I'll  return it and let them try again.
