Hi i only bought this tv in november 2011,the problem as only happened a couple of days ago.

Whats happened is when you look at the tv down the right hand side about 10" of the screen is whitish,and there is a horrible flicker in the background but only down the right side.

Now when i bought this set from richer sounds i payed extra for a 5 year warrenty,but i have been told if one of they engineers comes out and cannot see a fault i would be charged £75 call out fee.

A friend of mine who is a ex engineer told me that lg have been known to have issues with there screens
i dont no if this is true but i am getting peed off with this set.. :41:

I think that it is defective panel of judges. Considering this that her paid 5 annual guarantee bi personal demanded change of machine

This is a weird one,i have just turned the baclight up on this set and the flicker as gone.
I had the backlight set to 60 and now i have it at 80,why is this...
