Samsung LE40R87 no incoming chanels after repairing psu and eeprom reset

Hi

I have changed the capacitors in psu and shortend pin 5-6 on eeprom and tv starts up but i am not able to find any chanels when making a chanel search. I have set tuner to auto in service meny but still no chanels. Ok picture rom scart input.
Please help, btw i live in sweden.

After i replaced power supply caps,i also had same problem,changed the eprom and hey presto all was working,Sam :08:
