LD3265D intermittent fault

ok had a LD3265D with a vestel psu
the fault: after turning the tv on then pressing the channel up button the blue led goes dull .
this seems to be an intermittent fault as when it came in a checked all the voltages ect but the fault didnt apear.
i changed the 2 blue 15nf caps , fault seems to be apearing again.
any help would be apreciated

MAYBE EPROM FAILURE JUST BROUGHT ONE OF THESE SETS BACK TO LIFE  WITH NEW EPROM ALSO CHECK 2200 UF 6.3 VOLTS C857 /C818/C860 THESE CAN CAUSE THE PROBLEM TOO :72:
