Toshiba 37CV505D Vertical bars /lines. Help please !

Hi everone, Im an ex CRT tv engineer, who is feeling a little out of his depth with lcd TV's !

I have a Tosh 37CV505D, the sound is OK, but there is no picture, all I get are a few white vertical lines on a blue background (The colours change after 10 mins or so if left switched on).

I have fitted another T CON board, but this has made no difference, In a moment of madness (well after a bottle of merlot) I replaced the main AV board, once again this didnt work.

I've just uploaded a service manual for this, hope someone finds it useful

Any ides on this, PLEASE !!
