can anyone tell me where i can download the CABOT PCMCIA PC TOOL  req for tosh firmware conversion

Hi, as far as I know upgrading the software on this model requires a usb stick plus the adapter and the right version of the firmware;the problem is the adapter!

 Hi again,still me the way to upgrade the firmware is shown in the attachment.

Thanks for the info i have been told it is possible to use the cam slot downloading the firmware from the tosh site onto a flash card then using the cabot pcmica pc tool to convert it to pcmcia card loading via the cam slot. if possible would be cheeper than £100 quid it costs for the tosh kel tool! will post info if i find a way round this one Paul h :33:
