Samsung LE46M51BX scrambled picture (snowy)

Hi!
Have problem with my Samsung LE46M51BX/XEE. Picture is colored snow.
Seems to be a common problem, that many have the problem.
People have changed main AV Board and cured the problem, but does
anybody know were on AV Board the fault is?
I've checked the voltage on main AV board and conectors.

Thanks mate for the tip. I will order a new BGA Ram.

This is rather soldering problem of this IC...
Ideal solution is reballing...
