LG 37lh2000 Dead

 Can anyone help me with this one set appears dead no standby light or any other indication of life, 20v rail reads 20.38v 12v rail reads 12.4v 5.2v rail reads 5.14v power on is at 5v inv on/off is 0v. Will not respond to remote commands or press button. Have tried shorting pins 5 and six on eeprom but no effect. Ideas please.

 Straw clutching, thought may have similar effect as on clicking samsungs
