Hope I might be able to get some advise.....we have a TEAC 42'' Plasma, model number PLMHDM1066, that until last night it had been working perfectly.
However it got stuck, we had a picture on the screen with some colours running across the top of it, then all of a sudden it went blank, to a grey coloured screen.
It now powers on, with remote control, and the light turns green, but it dosn't do a anything from there, we can't access the main menu, turn the volume up and down with the remote control, or manually. And now it only turns off manually, and not with the remote control. The screen remains grey, instead of the blue colour you usually see.
Any ideas?? Would appreciate any suggestions!
