LD2260D service menu

Hi, i have a goodmans LD2260D, not sure whats happend to it but all the colours are messed up,(like its in scam) in the service menu the video settings are greyed out, and the pal settings are disabled, is there a way to reset it or get the greyed out settings enabled ? cheers
