hi guys i need help with this lg plasma..42pj350R...when i got it the customer complaint about the red picture in the screen ,so i used the service remote to reset it(105-210m)..but now the tv plays with vertical 8 vertical line across the screen and has a hissing sound on the background although it is set to I(our sound system in South Africa is i).....i have uploaded a few picks for you to see ...please assist (i`m not sure whats wrong..is it in the settings???)
