Haier P42LV6 with Sanken psu 1H273W-3

fix2003:
 need info on this psu please
set has failed / set comes on to standby 2 clicks from relay red standby led is on pressing standby button just gives 1 more click red light stays on

basic an lg 42v6
have psu troubles i think ! :41:
