Samsung LE32R87BDX-can't access service menu

Cornboats:
DTV wasn't listed in menu. I shorted to reset but no change so I changed eeprom as I thought it might be corrupted.

DTV was on the menu on startup. Searched and tuned in stations through plug & play.

I tried to access service menu to reset all settings but can't get in.

remote. Standby-info-menu-mute-standby .

Any suggestions please.

-Reactivate PLUG and PLAY option in INSTALLATE MENU
-Replace tuner

tv in standby press info menu mute power
when service menu appears down tn 12 reset
tv goes to standby press on goes into plug and play
mode once done dtv should be ok
if not change eeprom

Thanks for both your replies. I managed to get into service today and reset.

Managed to setup. Sets a good un.

Be interested to learn what corrupts the eeprom though.
