Samsung LE26C 450 E1W

Can anyone point me in the right direction with this newish TV. The standby light flashes to the remote but the set doesn,t start. Voltage to the inverter rises to 24v and then falls back, rises again and falls again. I cct of the power supply would be useful or has anyone encountered this problem. The PS number is BN4400338.    Thanks.

check large diodes for short or open circate.in secondary side..cause i had one with same problem..

Thank you both for your assistance. Cold checks in the power supply isn't showing any faults. I'll get to the cct diagram later to see if anything obvious shows up. Will keep you informed.
