Philips TV 28ML8805 FL 1.6 ch

Two vertical thin stripes upon picture. I have service manual, but I don't know what to do. The picture is OK on AUX, but the stripes appear on picture of S-VHS Euroscart. Who has any idea?

if those line are top of pic then replace v flyback capacitor.
