philips 42pf9967 ambilight plasma

hi all im currently working on this set which after sveral and i mean several attempts will power up but usual symptoms are initial start up then back to standby with a constant flashing red led which is not flashing in code so to speak just flashing iv done the usual ie disconnecting the y sus and powering up still the same iv changed almost all the caps at present non of which looked bad but would of been my first port of call as when warm the tv works ok. any pointers greatly appreciated thanks
