sharp 21V-W52..no receptions

hi..any idea?i already changed new tuner.supply voltage  for tuner are complete

Tmg:
Is the tv switched to the wrong tv standard in the user tuning menu or is the wrong tuner set up in the service menu.   just some suggestions.
