E-Motion U215/98G-GB-FTCUP - UK LED backlight

Hi Folks,

Have one of these UMC sets, using T.MSD306.3B main board, where red led glows but set won't switch on.

S/by Supply current is some 400M/A at 12v with supplied external P/S, which seems a bit high.

Note that the top main board LHS Buck converter has no diode fitted but is noted on PCB.

Curious - any thoughts ? - Chris.

PS - set now gifted and on the pile, so thoughts are twice as valuable - now't yet on Ebay.
